Important: Please note that personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for refund or exchange. Additionally, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been lightly used, opened, or are not in their original packaging.

1. Return and Exchange Process: If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Send an email to our customer support team at info@sportygen.in within the 30-day return and exchange period. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange

b. Once we receive your email, our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

c. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.

d. Include the RMA number, if provided, on the return package.

e. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

f. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.

g. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your return or exchange as per your request.

2. Refunds: For eligible returns, we offer a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference in the email to our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s).
