We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. You’ll be glad to know that we offer FREE insured shipping on all orders! For most orders, please allow up to 5-9 business days for delivery but the below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the states. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.
If the package gets lost in transit, we will compensate you by shipping it again without any charges.

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time consists of order verification, tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-3 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your product takes from it being shipped out, to it being delivered to your doorstep. 

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

Current average shipping times range between 5-9 days.
